Senator McGuire, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                                              
State Affairs Committee referral be waived on HOUSE BILL NO.                                                                    
37(efd add) "An Act establishing the first Saturday of every March as                                                           
Susan Butcher Day; and providing for an effective date." Without                                                                
objection, it was so ordered.
